03. What does an online consultation look like?

All of our services can be done virtually! Colour analysis, body analysis, wardrobe audits, shop plans, personal shopping and fittings are only a Zoom meeting away!

04. What is the investment?

We offer 3 tiers of services, Gold, Silver and Platinum that will work for any budget. Get in touch to book a Style Strategy Call and your investment outline. 

05. What about travel?

We are located at 5000 Yonge St. in Toronto and will travel up to 30km with no extra charges to you. If the distance to your home or office exceeds 30 km we charge $0.45/km.

06. Can I bring a friend, partner or spouse?


At Ten our goal is for you to make the most out of working with us, so if you’re more comfortable bringing along someone close to you, we welcome all.

07. What is the payment policy?

Payment for our services is processed after each consultation. No deposit is required. We accept all forms of payment. Please note our Platinum service pre-purchases your wardrobe. If you choose to pay for merchandise purchased by us with a credit card a service charge of (2.65%) will apply.

08. How much time is needed for an appointment?

Initial consultations for colour, body, and personal branding are approximately 3 – 4 hours.

Personal Shopping is approximately 3 hours.

Shop plan and storyboard is completed at Ten Inc. and is completed in approximately 2 business days.

Fittings are approximately 1 ½ hours.

09. Do you have a waitlist?

We can usually book appointments within 10 business days.

10. Do we shop online?


We have expert knowledge of brands, fit, and fabrics of online retailers around the globe so returns are rare!

11. What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy means the world to us, permission for photography, social media posts, videos or testimonials MUST be granted by you personally.
